Joyce found her ideal home plan; she made a few tweaks and now it’s perfect!
  1. Stretched the home to the side and back to square it off and increase the overall square footage.
  2. Moved the fireplace from the kitchen wall to the wall between the great room and the sun room.
  3. Increased the size of the kitchen, improving its function with an oversized snack bar area.
  4. Enlarged the rear foyer to include a drop zone. Also enlarged the laundry room to accommodate a scrapbooking work space and storage. more»
